住客評價分析
- Cleanliness5.5
Multiple guests reported moldy or musty smells, dust behind beds, hair in bedding and generally dated/dirty areas — cleanliness is a clear weakness.
- Service9.4
Staff repeatedly described as helpful, accommodating and exceptional (helped secure parking, extended stays, made stays memorable) — service is a major strength.
- Location9.6
Consistently praised for being in a perfect/central Waikiki location within walking distance to beach, restaurants and attractions; occasional difficulty finding it at night noted.
- Room Quality6.2
Rooms described as adequate but small for some, sometimes outdated with broken fixtures (closet door), uneven floors and occasional maintenance issues.
- Amenities7.0
Mixed: some standout amenities (notably an excellent high-tech toilet), but the pool is small, kitchenette/room service sometimes lacking and parking is offsite/paid.
- Value for Money9.0
Multiple reviewers called it great value or extreme value for Waikiki; cost and convenience cited as positives.
- Food and Beverage7.9
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
- Overall Experience8.6
Overall positive guest sentiment with many repeat stays and recommendations, tempered by noise and cleanliness/maintenance issues.
