This is an absolutely amazing property!! I think I’ve found my new ‘home’ when I come to Queenstown! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the house is INCREDIBLE, clean, comfy and is so spacious with a wonderful view. It’s a short walk into town and has driving access from 2 ways, plus a park at each townhouse.

Each bed has an electric blanket, very comfortable to sleep, there is a washing machine and dryer in the room, and it's free, very considerate. Because of the itinerary, I needed to store the vehicle, the staff were very enthusiastic and provided employee parking. Very close to the city center and skyline, a great accommodation experience.

There is a great lake view, the room heating facilities are complete, there are electric blankets, the location is very close to the bus stop, very convenient.

Not sure if it can be improved, but the slope leading to the hotel is just too hard to climb 😭
The view of the lake and the Remarkables mountains was STUNNING! We had a 1-bedroom apartment and it had everything we needed. The location at the top of the Main Street was convenient (although a very steep hill to access the apartments). Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very quiet area. Also excellent value for money.

The steep hill really tested my cardio! But loved everything about the apartments.
Loved our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect, being able to walk to town was a big bonus. There was plenty of room and a great functional little kitchen. All facilities and the staff were fantastic! Highly recommend.
