At the top of a very very steep hill. So while the walk to town for dinner etc isn’t far, the return trip and difficult

The location is great, and it's super convenient to walk into town. Even though there's a steep hill to walk up, it didn't take away from how much we loved this place. The room setup and spaciousness exceeded our expectations, making us feel right at home. The view from the room window made just staying inside a real treat. The Japanese staff member who welcomed us was incredibly friendly. Thank you for everything!

The location was perfect because it was just a short walk to town and all the attractions. Also the view was amazing because the location of the town houses is elevated behind the town. The view from the spacious windows included the gondola, the lake and all the way around to The Remarkables. Perfect.

The only thing was the room we were in did have powerlines obstructing the view a little. And we had our 18 year old daughter with us so an extra toilet would have been handy.
