It needs to be modernized, maintenance is needed, a simple coat of paint could make it look better, modernizing the furniture in the rooms would enhance the experience, it is too expensive for what it is.

It does not have bellhops and when I entered the room it was not clean, there was a piece of gum on the phone and when I lifted the shoes there was a hair. It should be a 3-star hotel. The Ibis hotel is better.
