Excepcional el staff. Teníamos problemas de wifi en un lugar y nos cambió sin cargos adicionales al otro hotel de su cadena. La verdad fueron proactive sin que tuviéramos qué exigir y eso es un ejemplo de buen servicio.

The gym shouldn’t be called a gym, the one machine that’s there wasn’t operating properly. I was expecting at least some free weights. I think just by adding a set of free weights it’ll make it more likely to be used. Also breakfast could improve.
