We were in a hotel for two days, they didn't change the bed sheets and the towels. I phoned the reception, they just ignored. The worst part is there was a cockroach in my room. I really don't like the hotel.

On closer inspection, the rooms are not as clean as they could be. The floor in the room needed to be swept. The bathroom was dirty, and the shower was grimy and needed a good scrub. No paper in the bathroom. Food service is mediocre at best, go elsewhere for better quality
