Ac not working properly,

The hotel was ok, the bedroom size is good but it's worth of money .

We were in a hotel for two days , they didn't change the bed sheets and the towels . I phone to the reception they just ignored. The worst part is there was cockroch in my room. I really don't like the hotel.

On closer inspection the rooms are not as clean as they could be. Floor in room needed to be swept. Bathroom was dirty and shower was grimy and needed a good scrub. No paper in bathroom. Food service is mediocre at best, go elsewhere for better quality.
