This hotel had its strong points, but an incident during our stay tarnished the positive impression we might otherwise have had. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything, with shops and restaurants right on the street. It is an excellent base for exploring the city's attractions on foot. Breakfast is a buffet, offering enough variety for a short stay. The family room we stayed in was quite spacious, featuring air conditioning and windows facing the main street. The bathroom included a bathtub and toiletries. Bottled water was provided daily, along with tea and coffee-making facilities. The photos were accurate. Laundry service is also available.

On the downside, the reception staff spoke very limited English—barely a handful of words—which made communication very difficult. We experienced an incident during our stay that was never truly explained: on the second day, when we returned to our room, we saw that housekeeping had been there. However, while one of the two beds had been made, the other was exactly as we had left it. The room also had two armchairs and a low coffee table where we had left some belongings and clothes. Upon our return, we discovered that the table had been removed from the room (!!!) and the armchairs replaced with different ones. In the process, our belongings had been piled onto the unmade bed. It was absolutely inexplicable! When we tried to clarify the situation at the front desk, we couldn't get a straight answer as to why this had happened. The solution offered was to move us to another identical room that had already been cleaned. We moved, but felt so uncomfortable that the next day we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door to prevent anyone from entering. They entered anyway! When we returned, housekeeping had been in, despite the sign. It was a situation I had never experienced before, and one for which I received no explanation.

Unfortunately, I did not like my experience at this hotel. The overall stay was very disappointing and uncomfortable.

The experience was very unpleasant. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. The air conditioning was leaking, the lights in the room were constantly flickering, and the bathtub did not work. I felt poorly treated by the staff.
