The room size, too tiny
Cozy structure, present and kind staff. By filling out a simple form, we were allowed to access the room (which was already available) before the check-in time: it was a huge convenience for us. I requested a room facing a specific side of the building and my request was granted. Very bright and well-soundproofed rooms. Great location with many amenities.

Some minor details to improve such as stains on the carpet and loose shower seal, but nothing serious. Unfortunately, the window did not open completely, but it was for safety reasons.
