住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.2
Rooms generally described as clean and well-kept, though a few guests reported lapses (pieces of broken glass found, occasional issues with cleaning accuracy).
- Service9.6
Repeated praise for very friendly, professional and helpful staff; several guests called the staff the highlight of their stay and noted exceptional service.
- Location9.8
Consistently noted as excellent due to immediate proximity to the Uber Arena, transport links and local shops — ideal for event-goers.
- Room Quality8.0
Rooms described as comfortable and mostly clean, but some negatives: split beds instead of king, hard pillows, occasional sewage smell and corridor noise; rooms feel slightly aged in places.
- Amenities8.5
Good amenities such as a sizeable parking garage and reliable Wi‑Fi; guests noted drawbacks like paid parking, lack of a hotel bar and no EV charging options in the garage.
- Value for Money7.6
Multiple comments that breakfast (and overall price) felt high for what was offered; guests questioned the price/value balance despite generally good accommodation.
- Food and Beverage7.8
Mixed opinions: some guests praised the breakfast as delicious, others felt the €25 breakfast was overpriced and not up to expectations.
- Overall Experience9.3
Overall very positive — many guests would return, found stays comfortable and would recommend, with only minor issues noted.
