The breakfast is not as varied as I expected. The food is okay, not many Vietnamese dishes, mostly Western food

The sink plug was broken, making it impossible to drain the water, and there were loose screws in some places, causing fixtures to come off easily
A beautiful hotel, with excellent rooms, spectacular pools, and very good cleanliness level. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was simply unbeatable, with a lot of variety and quality.

However, for a 5-star hotel, there are some details that should be taken care of more. The reception sofas needed a deeper cleaning, and the reception staff uniforms were not in the best condition. We also missed a more friendly and welcoming treatment. We arrived around 6:00 in the morning to check-in, and the welcome was not up to the hotel's category. In general, a hotel with excellent facilities and great potential, but where the service and certain maintenance details should be better taken care of to offer a truly good experience.
