洗面器の栓が壊れていて、水を抜くことができなかったり、所々ネジの締めが甘く備品が取れそうになっていること
Un hotel precioso, con unas habitaciones excelentes, piscinas espectaculares y un nivel de limpieza muy bueno. La cama era extremadamente cómoda y el desayuno, sencillamente inmejorable, con mucha variedad y calidad.

Sin embargo, para un hotel de 5 estrellas hay algunos detalles que deberían cuidarse más. Los sillones de la recepción necesitaban una limpieza más profunda y los uniformes del personal de recepción no estaban en las mejores condiciones. También echamos en falta un trato más amable y acogedor. Llegamos alrededor de las 6:00 de la mañana para hacer el check-in y el recibimiento no estuvo a la altura de la categoría del hotel. En general, un hotel con unas instalaciones excelentes y mucho potencial, pero donde el servicio y ciertos detalles de mantenimiento deberían estar más cuidados para ofrecer una experiencia realmente buena.
