The shower was broken, instead of a shower head, it looked like Niagara Falls, the room entry cards didn't work properly, the room light didn't turn on and we had to go down 3 times until it finally worked. I must say that we spent another night before this and everything was perfect, there were bathrobes, which were not provided on the 2nd occasion even though the rooms were of the same category.

Very nice staff at the reception. Ruth cleared all the confusion I had with my breakfast booking and she was very kind and respectful. Janet and Elly welcomed me warmly and always assisted me where I was stuck. The cleaning service lady was extremely kind. I would definitely come back again because of such sweet and amazing services.

The staff at the breakfast team need to be more patient as during the confusion in the breakfast booking I felt so nagged I couldn’t even enjoy the breakfast without interruptions on certain questions which Ruth at the reception later helped clear.
Loved the size of the rooms, the cleanliness but most of all the friendliness of the staff. They’re just the best and so helpful. Could NOT do enough for you.

The noise of work to the lifts and renovations to the new restaurant. Just unlucky with the timing of my stay .. once the work is complete and the new restaurants are open and the new high-speed lifts are installed it’ll be THE place to stay in Westlands
