The place is very nice at first glance, with a pleasant and relaxing setting. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, the pool is enjoyable and the entire establishment has a lot of charm.

Quite disappointing stay overall, despite an establishment that could have a lot of potential. The first negative point concerns the cleanliness of the apartment. We found a lot of ants, both in the living room and in the bedrooms, and the floor was not clean. The shower head also had a leak. Another big problem: soundproofing. We heard a lot of noise from people staying upstairs, as well as noises of tables or furniture being moved early in the morning. For a stay where one wants to rest, it is really unpleasant. The breakfast is quite disappointing, with few choices and nothing particularly high quality. It is also important to consider the location before booking. The establishment is far from the center of Essaouira and it takes about 30 minutes to get there. The establishment does offer a shuttle to the city center, which is appreciable, but it operates on set schedules. To be completely free in one's movements, a car is therefore preferable. Finally, a bad surprise at the time of departure: an additional 120 MAD was requested from us for a tourist promotion tax, whereas our Booking reservation clearly stated "Taxes and fees included" and the total amount had already been paid. We absolutely did not expect to have to pay an extra charge at the end of the stay. It's a shame, as the establishment could be nice, but the cleanliness, the noise, the maintenance of the apartment, and the lack of clarity regarding additional fees really degraded our experience.
