住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.1

Generally praised ('propreté', 'tout est très propre') though some mentions of floor not properly clean, ants at breakfast buffet and strong bleach smell in tap water.

• Service8.8

Repeated positive comments about staff being attentive, serviable and chaleureux ('tout le personnel', 'personnel super attentif', 'excellent accueil'), with only isolated negatives.

• Location8.2

Quiet, beautiful setting and good emplacement praised, but multiple comments about poor access road and lack of lighting on the access path reduce the score.

• Room Quality8.6

Many reviews highlight spacious, well-decorated apartments and villas with comfortable beds and private pools; a few notes about mattress quality and some missing decoration in places.

• Amenities8.7

Strong positives for pool(s), private-pool villas, shuttle service and on-site activities; minor negatives relate to limited evening dinner options.

• Value for Money7.8

Generally regarded as good value ('Bon rapport Qualité/prix') though some extra transport costs (shuttle gaps) and expectations for higher standing affect perception.

• Food and Beverage7.6

Breakfast often described as copious and good, but criticisms include ants on buffet, repetitive/limited dinner menus and a restaurant in need of refreshment.

• Overall Experience8.6

Overall very positive guest experience ('fabuleux', 'incroyable', 'havre de paix'), with calm atmosphere, family-friendly pools and welcoming staff tempered by access/food/occasional cleanliness issues.
