Perfect hotel, centrally located close to everything yet completely quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room is cleaned thoroughly every day. We lacked nothing, every request was met, the room was large, very comfortable, and pleasant. Note: We arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning after a 12-hour flight when the check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm. Since the room was available, they allowed us to check in early at no extra charge, which was really nice of them and deserves appreciation. They really made our day!

It was noticeable that the hotel was fully booked, and it seemed that because of this, every request we made to reception took a little longer than usual. For example, they cleaned the room and forgot to refill the soap, so we called for soap and it took two hours. We received the room without our suitcases, and it took half an hour to bring them. We left our suitcases with the guard at the entrance, and it was unclear where we had to wait for him to return with our suitcases. I assume that on a day with no full occupancy, the place functions differently

Breakfast just sufficient, much room for improvement because of very limited choice! For savory, only eggs and sausages, and for sweet, 3 types of defrosted croissants. Yogurt in a jar only in 1 flavor, 2 types of cereals. Espresso coffee at an additional cost of over 5 dollars
