We spent 5 wonderful days in New York at this hotel. We traveled with my 16 year old son who celebrated his birthday there. The staff was kind and helpful, I would like to mention Mike who unwrapped my son's action figures because we didn't bring scissors and helped us right away! The cleanliness was exceptional, the bed was comfortable, the linens were soft, our room was spacious. One small thing I didn't like was that our room was dark because it faced another building which was a narrow side street, but hey, at least it was very quiet, so we could sleep well at night. The coffee machine in the room was very useful for me. The location of the hotel was also perfect, you can reach many attractions on foot. Thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay unforgettable! If we come to New York again, we will definitely stay here! Best regards: Victoria
