Bedroom window didn’t have curtains and the outside light kept me up. I couldn’t sleep.

The location is excellent, steps away from Plaza de Armas, ideal for walking around the center. The hotel staff was very good, very helpful. The breakfast is good. The best part of the hotel is its terrace!

I really liked the staff, especially the receptionist Kelly, very friendly and helpful. I felt nauseous for a few days because of the altitude, and she was always willing to help, always asked how I was feeling, even gave me a liquid to smell that helped with altitude sickness. Thank you, Kelly!

I found the breakfast with not many options, especially fruit, and also missed having cheese bread. As we were going to a cold place, we missed having a heater in the room (we booked thinking it had one), and we were very cold!
