The 24 hour spot was great but having the croissants and other pastries under the heating tray made the pastries hard and dries them out. To the point you can't eat it. Needs to be heating up upon request.

I ate in a Chinese live show and the server gave me a sushi starter, and after telling him I am allergic to seafood, I realized he gave me one which contains crab. Thank God my friend noticed, and I did not eat it. They have to be more careful, could kill someone.
We love this hotel. We paid for a room with an ocean view and, honestly, it's totally worth it. Having that view every day made the experience even more special. In addition, we had our own concierge, who helped us a lot with absolutely everything and was always attentive to us. The staff was splendid, friendly, and very warm; we really felt the Dominican culture in all its splendor. Room service was also excellent, and the hotel facilities are very complete. Honestly, I don't know how they could top it. Everything is designed so that you don't have to worry about anything. The beach activities were fun (the guys were super inclusive and patient), the bike ride with Mini was very fun. And something I want to highlight especially is the cleanliness. It is evident that they are very rigorous with cleaning and have very high standards. Everything was impeccable and very well maintained. Another important point: everyone offers you a complete service, and their attention does not depend on the tip you could give them. They love their work and value the tourist... (but they deserve it). We would definitely come back. An incredible experience from start to finish.

They have a gym (which was always clean), the restaurants were very good. It's worth booking at the French one.
