The 24 hour spot was great but having the crossisants and other pastries under the heating tray made the pastries hard and dries them out. To the point you can't eat it. Needs to be heating up upon request.

I ate in chinease live show and the servant gave me suchi starter and aftwr telling him i alegic to seafood rwal8ze he gave me which contain crab. Thnx god my fiend realize did not eat it. They have to be more cafeful couñd kill someone

Amamos este hotel. Nosotros pagamos por una habitación con vista al mar y, sinceramente, vale totalmente la pena. Tener esa vista todos los días hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más especial. Además, teníamos nuestro propio concierge, quien nos ayudó muchísimo con absolutamente todo y siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El personal fue espléndido, amable y muy cálido; realmente sentimos la cultura dominicana en todo su esplendor. El servicio a la habitación también fue excelente y las instalaciones del hotel son súper completas. Sinceramente, no sé cómo podrían superarlo. Todo está pensado para que uno no tenga que preocuparse por nada. Las actividades de la playa fueron divertidas (los chicos fueron súper incluyentes y pacientes) el paseo en bici con Mini fueron divertidas muy divertido. Y algo que quiero destacar especialmente es la limpieza. Se nota que son súper rigurosos con el aseo y que tienen estándares muy altos. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado. Otro punto importante: todos te ofrecen un servicio completo y no depende la atención de la propina que podrías darles.. aman su trabajo y valoran el turista… (pero la merecen) Definitivamente volveríamos. Una experiencia increíble de principio a fin.

Tienen gym (el cual siempre estaba limpio), los restaurantes eran muy buenos. Vale la pena reservar en el francés.
