The warm temperature in the room (window could be opened but too much noise from outside so had to sleep with earplugs!) and we were on the 7th floor facing the park. Also, the very small bathroom where you have to shower in a bathtub and no space for toiletries at all.

In August, it was unbearably warm in the room. Windows cannot be opened. The small fan does not provide cooling. Our double bed was narrow and old!

The location was especially convenient as it was my graduation on the 8th. We could travel to and from places very easily. The room was cozy, clean, the beds were very comfortable. The shower’s water temperature and pressure were perfect, and it was very easy to use. Wifi was very reliable, and the greeting on the TV was a lovely touch!

The noise from the main road was more or less manageable, but the left window could not shut fully. That being said, we did have two good nights’ sleep.

Not good beds. Room a bit small. Old shower. In a bathtub. Noisy, especially the door to the hallway. Way too expensive for the price. No air conditioning. Very warm duvets. No fridge.

Double bed is small. My spouse fell off the bed and her arm was bruised by the sharp corner of the end table. The room was not comfortable because it was small and had no air conditioning.
