Great location near St Pancras. Ideal for one night coming off evening Eurostar.

No air conditioning (not uncommon in older London hotels). Would have been most uncomfortable in earlier summer 2026 heat. Location also subject to traffic noise, particularly emergency services sirens.

Really good location we were able to get everywhere in London including Wembly and Spurs stadium in the one weekend pretty easily. Everything was clean and spotless. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. I liked the rustic decor and the shower was great even though my initial impressions from looks alone were sceptical. Bed and pillows were pretty comfy. Window open at night and very little street noise about.

Disclaimer - we were in London when it was in around 30‐35 degC so opinion is biased by that. Rooms don't have any air con so made it a bit uncomfortable at night. London prices aren't great as it is but I though the price vs other hotels with air con made this hotel low value for money in my opinion but if it was winter I genuinely can't fault staff, location or comfort.

The lady at reception when I arrived. She just glared at me. I had to say hello and how are you! Not welcoming at all. Maybe she was new but I wasn't impressed.

I have been coming to your hotel for 20 years.. yes maybe only once each year but!! I have always trusted I would have a lovely night's sleep . I should of thought something was off when I saw 2 packs of ear locks. Where these sleep well .... I didnt !! An awful weekend away .. I will not be using your hotel facilities again x
