The location in Old City.

In photos, it looks much better than it is. It is very poorly maintained! There were molds and lime in the bathroom. There were still hairs in the bathroom. The fridge had a musty smell and there was also mold on the edges. The bed was very hard (even for Thai standards) and there were stains on the mattress/sheets. The pool doesn't look good either. It is very noisy. Drunk neighbors made noise by banging on doors loudly. Nothing was done about it. We checked out 2 nights earlier due to the terrible condition of this complex.

Charming location in Old City. There is a 'laundromat' across from the entrance, and a great massage place immediately next door. Pool was refreshing and of a decent size. Very easily walkable location.

Rooms were definitely worn and could use updating. No TV, if that matters to you.

We had a lovely stay here! The room itself surpassed our expectations given the price and was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious - we were pleasantly surprised by the large size of the twin beds and thought that the bathroom was particularly nice. We also enjoyed spending time in the communal space outside (including the pool and seating area), and although the hotel itself was very easy to get to by Grab, you could also walk very easily to many nearby restaurants, cafes, and other amenities which the staff were able to recommend to us when asked. We would definitely recommend staying here, thank you very much!

Rooms with twin beds are very narrow. The beds are large and comfortable but there is little space to move around. In terms of the bathroom, there is no separation between the shower and the toilet, so with each shower, the entire bathroom gets wet
