The cleanliness, the room was not cleaned properly on arrival, hair from previous people still over floor, amenities weren’t restocked including toilet paper. Towels were always damp, even after asking for fresh, they were still damp. For a 4 star, the cleanliness was disappointing

The services were not optimal, towels were missing in one room and they told us they were in the laundry, they brought them the next day! The fridge was not working! We chose the package with breakfast included but coffee was charged and we were not informed beforehand
