The cleanliness, the room was not cleaned properly on arrival, hair from previous people still over floor, amenities weren’t restocked including toilet paper. Towels were always damp, even after asking for fresh, they were still damp. For a 4 star, the cleanliness was disappointing

I servizi non erano ottimali, mancavano asciugami in una stanza e ci hanno risposto che erano in lavanderia, li hanno portati il giorno dopo! Il frigo non funzionava! Abbiamo scelto il pacchetto con colazione inclusa ma il caffè era a pagamento e non siamo stati avvertiti prima
