The Superior Queen room was a bit small compared to expectations, especially considering the room category. Also, the television is definitely outdated, we are in 2026 and, especially in Japan, I would expect the possibility to directly access streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney+ or similar. It would be a small detail, but it would significantly improve the stay experience.
Location is great, close to the subway and very quiet. The room was clean and a nice size. The hairdryer was amazing!

Breakfast was okay but the same every day, so there is room for improvement. The complimentary drinks are a joke 😂, same for the kettle in the room.
Hotel with close subway stops, which allowed us to quickly reach any neighborhood in Tokyo. Small but comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to receive the suitcase we had shipped from Tokyo and to keep the luggage for a couple of hours even after checkout. Overall, I would definitely return.
