住客評價分析

• Cleanliness9.0

Rooms repeatedly described as clean and well maintained across multiple reviews (mentions in several languages and explicit statements like 'zimmer sauber', '房間很乾淨').

• Service9.4

Staff frequently praised as friendly, helpful and attentive (staff found lost money, 24h reception, staff making effort to communicate in English).

• Location9.3

Very strong location sentiment: close to train/subway stations, walkable to key sites, convenient for Narita direct train and near restaurants/convenience stores.

• Room Quality7.5

Mixed signals: several reviewers report rooms are very small for two (difficult bed layout), lighting and bedside light complaints; a few mention unusually spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

• Amenities8.9

Positive mentions of amenities: unlimited takeaway coffee, happy hour snacks/drinks, luggage storage/lockers, 24h reception and general comfortable fittings.

• Value for Money8.6

Generally seen as good value (explicit 'Preis Leistung top' and other favourable comments), though one comment notes check-out time earlier than expected which affects perceived value slightly.

• Food and Beverage8.8

Breakfast widely praised as varied and above average; evening snacks/happy hour appreciated though one reviewer noted lack of beer during cocktail time.

• Overall Experience8.1

Overall sentiment is positive with many recommending and planning to return, tempered by recurring issues with room size and some lighting/amenity details that pull the aggregate down.
