Multiple reviews explicitly call the property very clean, bathrooms described as modern and rooms as clean and tidy; one note about old towels but overall strong cleanliness sentiment.
Staff repeatedly praised as friendly, helpful and responsive (mentions of reception team and a specifically recommended receptionist), strong service sentiment throughout reviews.
Location is consistently highlighted as excellent/central (Blloku, walking distance to sights) and a major positive in many reviews.
Rooms frequently described as comfortable, spacious with modern bathrooms and good views; a few minor points (old towels, carpet in one review) but overall very positive.
Amenities include underground parking and some nice extras (e.g., Japanese toilets) but there are recurring issues: tight parking spaces, claustrophobic service elevator to the garage, odd entrance/signage and occasional lack of typical access (stair/elevator quirks).
Several guests explicitly state great value and good price-quality balance; central location and included services (parking, breakfast) support strong perceived value.
Breakfast is described as good, copious and varied by many guests, though a few mention it feels basic or canteen-like; overall positive but slightly mixed.
Overall sentiment is very positive—many describe stays as perfect or fantastic, praising staff, location and rooms, with only minor negatives reported.

Breakfast could have been better, but was adequate
For a 5-star hotel, one expects a certain standard - unfortunately, we were clearly disappointed here. The location is in the middle of the city, but the access to the hotel is very difficult to find. The immediate surroundings with many old and partly run-down buildings do not make a particularly inviting impression. Overall, one gets the feeling that the times when this hotel actually met a 5-star standard are over. In addition, there is a construction site in the lower floors. The situation with the elevators is particularly cumbersome: From the underground garage, you do not have direct access to the reception, but have to change elevators and use a different entrance. A similar complexity exists for rooms on the lower floors. In some cases, you have to first walk upstairs with luggage, only to then take another elevator back down. This is really inconvenient with suitcases and hardly understandable for a 5-star hotel. Breakfast is offered in a bistro that apparently can also be used by external guests. The breakfast itself was okay. Overall, the hotel does not meet our expected 5-star level. We would not stay here again and unfortunately cannot understand the many very good reviews based on our experience.
