对于一家五星级酒店，人们期望有一定的标准 - 不幸的是，我们在这里受到了明显的失望。 位置虽然位于市中心，但酒店的通道非常难找到。周围环境也并不吸引人，有许多古老且有些破旧的建筑。总体而言，人们感觉这家酒店真正符合五星级标准的时代已经过去了。 还有一个底层的工地。电梯的情况特别麻烦：从地下停车场不能直接到达前台，而必须换乘电梯并使用另一个入口。住在底层的房间也同样复杂。有时候你必须先步行上楼，然后再乘另一部电梯下楼。这对于携带行李来说真的是一种折磨，对于一家五星级酒店来说几乎无法理解。 早餐在一个咖啡馆供应，显然也可以供外部客人使用。早餐本身还可以。 总的来说，这家酒店不符合我们期望的五星级水准。我们不会再次入住这里，也无法理解基于我们的经历为什么有这么多好评。
