NO POOL..No area to relax n enjoy a cocktail or cigar( no smoking area) other than in front of the hotel( bad taste) N that it does not tell you that for happy hour there is No Pool at this location or bar

First they gave me a room that smelled bad, I asked to change it and at least the guy was kind in that, I didn't like that I had to ask for the room to be cleaned and had to request cleaning in the morning. I went at 10:45 am for them to clean the room and when I returned at the end of the night everything was the same as I had left it, the bed unmade, the bathroom full of paper, no towel and my trash can full of toilet paper, horrible attention and on the 3rd day I went down 3 times because the key didn't work on my door and they gave me another key and I went back up, the key didn't work but no one could come up with me to see what was happening, I wasted about 40 minutes because in the end I spoke with a housekeeping and she tried to open it and it didn't work, she called someone who took a long time to open my door, maybe they have staff who are not trained for customer service, I wouldn't stay at this place again, the breakfast was a 5/10 for me
