Convenient location, polite and courteous staff, we communicated in advance and resolved such issues as transfer to the Chinese border, for which I am very grateful to them, the room is beautiful, stylish, clean. Everything was very pleasant.

The entrance area, the reception itself is on the second floor, and since we entered through the first, and there was no feeling that we entered a hotel, we were a little confused.
The receptionists were so sweet and always had a smile on their face. They recommended a lot of activities and places to eat and withdraw money.

Large and spacious room, excellent room service, large and comfortable lobby, excellent location. Chau was great at reception.

Need to go some stairs to the hotel. But there is an elevator for the elderly.
