Bad host No AC and became hot like anything during the night. At least fan is must very noisy due to parties all night and just no go during the weekend Noise of people walking around upstairs was annoying .... definitely not a good place to stay if you want proper rest at night

The accommodation is excellently located and initially appeared tidy. However, upon closer inspection, the apartment was massively dirty. Long hairs, crumbs, fingerprints, cup rings, and stains everywhere. Pillowcases and upholstered furniture were heavily soiled, and the chairs were partly black with dirt.

Very heavily soiled - This was not normal wear and tear. We reported the issues immediately upon arrival. Initially, there was understanding and a promise of a re-cleaning. However, we were later informed that housekeeping had checked everything and found it clean. When I specifically listed what was not right, the staff member said, 'they also don't have a star.' When I replied that a star is not needed for basic cleanliness, my statement was dismissed. The next day, through Booking, it was repeatedly claimed that everything was clean and that they have very high hygiene standards. We found the handling of our complaint particularly unprofessional. Instead of taking our specific feedback seriously, they kept referring to the supposedly impeccable cleanliness. Our repeated request to be present during the re-inspection and to personally show the issues was denied. We increasingly felt the need to justify the obvious dirt rather than the accommodation making an effort to find a solution. I happened to meet the cleaning staff nonetheless. She explained that the previous guests had left the apartment extremely dirty. After two hours of cleaning, she possibly no longer recognized what was still dirty. She also mentioned that she did not have suitable cleaning supplies for the upholstery. The fact that a cleaning staff works under such conditions is one thing. The real issue is that the accommodation repeatedly claims everything is clean, effectively dismisses complaints, and does not offer an appropriate solution. We ultimately had to stay in the dirty accommodation. The excellent location cannot compensate for the hygiene issues or this treatment of guests. The attached photos speak for themselves.

Great location in the middle of the old town. Restaurants, bars, main train station,... everything is easily accessible on foot. It's also not really far to Bergisel.

The location is the best part of this property. It is small and would be ideal for a couple but way too small and cramped for our group of 5 adults. Also very expensive for what you get.

Too small for 5 adults. No aircon so very hot and stuffy at night.

A dreamy apartment, located in the city with a view of the Golden Roof. Very good pubs and restaurants in the area. The apartment is modernly furnished, separate children's room is completely sufficient in terms of space. Elevator available.

Unfortunately, the apartment is extremely noisy. You can hear the street cleaning from 5:00 in the morning directly. Sleeping with the window open is not possible. We also had the misfortune of loud teenagers rioting at 3:00 in the morning.
