Niektóre osoby na recepcji nie rozmawiały w języku angielskim. Brak informacji przy zameldowaniu, że na saunę trzeba się zapisać i ja zarezerwować.
I booked the hotel,(I had booking confirmation even message from them that the rooms are ready and they are looking forward to see us in their hotel) but when we reached there (at 22:00, we were so tired after long flight) they said that they don’t have available rooms (they have only one which is double price than I booked 2 rooms through the booking). In my opinion they give the rooms that I booked to another person. Don’t recommend this hotel. The reception was too rude too. 👎
