Small room, no place in bathroom to put things
It’s located close to Hoan Kiem lake and the old quarter. The breakfast spread was excellent and rooms were a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rate is very fair.

Some renovations are needed as the rooms are looking a little tired and need some general repairs. Not unusable, just some updating and fixing or niggling items by high traffic use.

It is an older building with the usual limitations e.g. only one small elevator. My premier double room was a very good size, plenty of space. King-sized bed was solid and sheets and towels were all good quality. Plumbing was a bit dodgy, but that’s to be expected in an old town property. It’s clear they are doing the best they can with the building. Room was cleaned every day. Complimentary car from the airport was a very nice bonus. The staff organized a car for me back to the airport on my final day, and it was both inexpensive and much higher quality than any of the higher cars I had been using in the city.
