Construction site opposite, some noise and traffic restrictions, but it's only temporary.
Excellent place to stay in Warsaw. The hotel is very tidy, new, the room was nicely furnished, there are water dispensers in the corridors. Breakfast is very abundant and good, the selection is wonderful, and the weekend breakfast was even better, highly recommended.

The location is very convenient for exploring Warsaw. I also appreciated that my room was already available around 10:00 AM, which made the check-in experience much easier. The hotel was generally clean, having several elevators was practical, and the hotel agreed to move me to another room after I reported the noise.

Soundproofing was the main issue. Although the rooms were advertised as soundproofed, I could hear noise from the corridor, housekeeping, and neighboring rooms, including a dog barking. The replacement room unfortunately had an unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation. It was also not very straightforward to understand how to regulate the temperature in the room, and clearer instructions for the climate controls would have been helpful. There were also several smaller room issues: the shower allowed water to escape onto the bathroom floor, the hot and cold controls of the shower mixer in the first room appeared to be reversed, there was no safe or tissues, and the wardrobe next to the desk made the space feel cramped. Breakfast could have been more consistent. Jam was not available every day, cake seemed to be available only at the weekend without this being explained, and staff were not very proactive in suggesting alternatives such as an omelette. On a few occasions, items I had just taken were removed without asking whether I had finished. Reception staff also seemed rather reserved, and I often found myself greeting them first. A warmer and more proactive approach would improve the overall hospitality.
