Optically everything very nicely done. Huge room with balcony. Incredibly great breakfast buffet. Very nice staff. Located on the mountain, walked down (very cool path on and in the old bobsleigh track) and in the evening took the cable car back up. Just saw the sunset at the viewpoint above the city. :) We also had dinner at the restaurant. Food was good and prices very reasonable.

We had a good last-minute offer through booking. The originally quoted price would have been too high for me in relation to what Bosnia concerns. Processed materials relatively cheap and only visually nice. But for our offer, top for one night!
The hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated, the staff was polite and professional, pleasant breakfast for both the eyes and the palate, really all the praise🌺

The restaurant staff is very unfriendly. A sauna and the whirlpool were not functional. We were not allowed to use the lounge area as the manager allegedly had an important meeting there soon. Too expensive for the little that really works. In the room: hair on the bed, dirt and faucets that don't work or come off (possibly standard in Bosnia)
