The breakfast was more tailored to Arab tourists. For example: spaghetti and stuffed peppers. For this reason, I would not come again.
The reception lady was nice and polite, breakfast was very good with many choices. The location is a bit far from the market and restaurants, but very convenient for trains and buses, and close to shopping and downtown.

My first impression of the hotel was not nice. I arrived with our luggage and none of the staff offered to help. The room AC was very noisy, like a motor. I reported this to the front desk but no action was taken. The mattress and bedding were not cozy or comfortable. You can't enjoy the washroom for self-care as the fan was very noisy. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or shampoo provided in the washroom. No kettle, coffee, or tea in the room. When I needed hot water for my herbal tea, I had to go downstairs, but the staff wasn't friendly or helpful. The workers don't know how to smile and greet their guests to create a welcoming atmosphere. I won't book again.
No hot water in the morning for washing, no good parking under the hotel, construction work around the hotel wakes you up very early in the morning, isolated location with no signs of city life, far from the center, large room with few lights making it mostly dark, not cleaned well
