That the air conditioning is turned off during the day and the power at night

Ideal location, in the middle of a park, and on the beach. Also, it was low season and we had the whole hotel to ourselves.

The only problem was that the beach and the sea were full of sargassum and we couldn't swim at the beach. But that's not the hotel's fault.

No one for check-in. No one for check-out. Spent 2 nights. First night without water. Second night without electricity in all the complex. Horrible. No gesture nor compensation. We had to pay extras (for accessing the place (located in a park) every day). This was not mentioned either

We were the only ones there after our 1st night. They closed the kitchen an hour early while we were standing there trying to figure out what to eat. The AC and power were off each day during the hottest part of the day, so no afternoon nap in your room while it's hot out. And the sargassum was horrible. No access to the ocean at all (fluke of nature...not their fault). We changed to another resort on day 2 that had access to cenotes for swimming. We would have stayed, but limited food, no beach, and limited AC were too much to bear.

The location, the decor and furniture, the size of the room and the layout. (Shower/ WC in the rear area and shower with plants behind the glass shower wall) the cleanliness, the water dispenser jug, the veranda with outdoor shower, the footbath water basin in front of the veranda to wash off the sand, everything was perfect!

There is nothing, I didn't miss anything! The only communication gap was that we were not informed that the tickets for the 'small bus transport at the park entrance had to be purchased and not obtained from the bus driver. Therefore, we had to walk the whole way back on foot on departure, with heavy luggage and in the scorching heat!
