住客評價分析
- Cleanliness6.8
Several guests reported pests (ants, roaches), dusty rooms, brown water and inconsistent housekeeping; a minority praised cleanliness but issues were frequent enough to lower the score.
- Service9.8
Consistently praised staff: friendly, helpful, prompt check-in and attendants; a few service lapses (handling of alarm/maintenance incidents) were noted but overall service sentiment is very strong.
- Location9.2
Generally very positive — convenient for Citycentre, felt safe for solo travelers and good for events; a few guests mentioned it is farther from some central areas or requires a car.
- Room Quality7.0
Mixed to negative: comfortable and clean reports exist, but multiple complaints about pests, holes in bedding, no bathtub and occasional utilities outages reduced the score.
- Amenities8.2
Mixed: breakfast offerings and coffee were appreciated, pool/indoor amenities absent for some, parking described as tight in front, and use of disposable serviceware drew criticism.
- Value for Money9.6
Frequently described as good value with fair pricing; many guests explicitly noted good price/quality ratio for an overnight stay.
- Food and Beverage8.4
Breakfast generally received positive remarks (coffee, cinnamon rolls, acceptable selections) though some noted repetitive menus and missing signature items.
- Overall Experience9.8
Overall sentiment is positive: guests appreciated staff, location and value, but notable cleanliness and maintenance issues created inconsistent experiences for some visitors.
