Personale poco collaborativo . La sera il ristorante bar ha una scarsa scelta ed è l’unico aperto nella struttura. Il personale non è di nessun aiuto nell’indicare ristoranti alternativi nella zona. La pulizia della camera lasciava molto a desiderare, soprattutto il bagno e ho trovato degli asciugamani già usati!

Bathtub had ring around tub when we arrived. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Escalator from self parking deck does not work and there is no elevator for guest until you get to the lobby. Also when asked for new wash cloths, housekeeper sat them on the dirty floor outside the door.
