住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.3
Generally praised as modern and clean (daily room servicing, clean pool towels) though isolated issues noted (ants in pool area, some bathroom maintenance concerns in a junior suite).
- Service9.0
Consistently strong: multiple comments about friendly, helpful reception, waiters and cleaning staff (upgrades, extra attention at breakfast). A few mentions of some staff being rude or slow at the bar but overall service is a highlight.
- Location9.1
Very positively mentioned: walking distance to town/markets, edge of historic centre and good sea views; several reviewers call location ideal for Palermo.
- Room Quality7.6
Mixed: some rooms modern with sea-view balconies, others described as small or ageing; issues include bed firmness (resolved with topper) and occasional desire for balconies.
- Amenities8.1
Strong pool and restaurant facilities praised, free and paid parking available; downsides include overcrowded pool loungers (shared with another hotel) and an aircon that struggled in some rooms.
- Value for Money6.6
Repeated concerns about price: expensive poolside drinks/food, beers seen as pricey and an overall sentiment by some that price does not match quality.
- Food and Beverage8.7
Generally favourable: breakfasts described as excellent and beautiful, on-site restaurant praised (good fish); however poolside food/drinks noted as expensive.
- Overall Experience8.2
Mostly positive overall: excellent staff, good location and enjoyable pool/grounds for many guests, tempered by occasional service inconsistencies, crowding at the pool and value concerns.

Lamentable.
