Upon arrival the staff were rude and not welcoming, it was all the men staff at the welcoming desk. They very quickly dismissed us like they were trying to get rid of us. Whereas the women at the reception desk were so sweet and friendly, approachable. The men were not approachable and looked at us with disgust. I felt like I was being racially profiled by them.

Some rooms overdated

We had a very pleasant stay at the Koreana Hotel during our family trip to Seoul. The location was excellent and the hotel was comfortable and convenient for exploring the city. We would especially like to thank the hotel for accommodating our specific requests. We asked for higher-floor rooms and for rooms with a Japanese-style bathroom, and they were kind enough to arrange this for us. It made a real difference to our stay. The staff were helpful and professional throughout our visit, and we would happily stay here again when returning to Seoul.

1) mirror, the whole room design did not think for female user, mirror only available in toilet/ bathroom, very inconvenient for family female when bathroom are in use and female are have to wait. 2) no space for luggage yet the room is call for family.
