The decor is in need of an update.

The location is great. Also, because it's a relatively small hotel, it doesn't feel chaotic . It also has a bar/coffee place. Locals even stopped there to get a latte etc. Also the location is great. Right near the lake, I am very close to the red line -and the neighborhood is full of restaurants etc. And not really touristy at all.

I get why some people say the facility could use an update. However, it's such a warm, comfortable inconvenient place this day. You just can't fault it.

Hotel was overbooked. Then I was overcharged. Terrible service. When I arrived they could not find my booking, despite my confirmation emails. I was then given a key to a room which was already occupied. I was then told the hotel was fully booked. The manager then found me a room and offered a discounted rate. When I left, I was double charged the original rate. Now the hotel is refusing to resolve or take any responsibility. Awful, stressful stay, and now I am $400 out of pocket, with no recourse. This hotel should not be allowed to operate.
