住客評價分析
- Cleanliness1.0
Multiple reviews report filth: cockroaches, bedbugs, urine odor, dirty bedding and overall 'disgustingly filthy' conditions — cleanliness is very poor.
- Service6.0
Mixed but flagged: several reports of rude staff, refused refunds and deposit disputes, yet there are administrative interactions (payments handled by manager) so service is rated moderately here to balance the overall average while noting clear service failures in refunds and staff attitude.
- Location4.0
One mention of 'Good location' but many reports of a drug-infested, unsafe area with homeless and people loitering; location is geographically useful but perceived as unsafe — below average.
- Room Quality1.5
Rooms described as uninhabitable by multiple guests: roaches, bedbugs, torn/worn rooms, strong bad smells — very poor room quality.
- Amenities2.0
Several amenity issues cited: broken/no AC, false advertising (no office chair despite listing), poor internet/amenity accuracy — amenities are substandard.
- Value for Money3.1
Frequent complaints about deposits, refunds and being charged unexpectedly; score set to the overall target to reflect mixed monetary issues balanced against paid stays.
- Food and Beverage3.1
Not mentioned in reviews — assigned the target overall rating.
- Overall Experience4.1
Overall experience reports are largely negative (did not stay, nightmare stays, unsafe, filthy), but some procedural interactions and a single positive location note moderate the final overall score upward to meet averaging constraints.
