La piscina era chiusa, ci è stato detto con sicurezza che sarebbe stata aperta il giorno successivo ma non era vero, per nulla perché l'acqua era completamente verde... La macchina del ghiaccio e una delle lavatrici erano fuori servizio Ho avuto un problema con la carta di credito e la receptionist mentre mi spiegava (in una lingua che non è la mia) il problema, invece di guardarmi fissava il monitor. Non è stata per nulla empatica!

Unusable Pool: We specifically booked this hotel during hot and humid August days so the kids could use the pool. Upon arrival, it was closed. We were told it would open the next day, but the water remained dark green, murky, and completely unsanitary. It was totally unsafe to swim in. Ice Machines: Advertised as available on every floor, but all of them were marked "Out of Order". Laundry: The guest laundry facilities on our floor were broken and unavailable. When we raised these issues, management refused to offer a fair resolution or take responsibility. Paying full price for a hotel with broken amenities and a health-hazard pool is completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel if you are expecting the basic services advertised.
