Room faced an outside wall. I guess for me the fact that there were no coffee making facilities in a room that I paid over $300 was disappointing. The concierge offered to pay fo the coffees that we bought from a coffee shop inside the hotel with Hilton points. No good to me.

Over priced and bar staff especially couldn't care less. Very unprofessional eating and drinking behind the bar. Making cocktails out of sight, I enjoy seeing my cocktail being made in front of me.
I tried to get a pastry or muffin at Grag and Go. They didn't have Nuttingike that at l.

No house keeping during the stay due to strike . The room are very outdated

El personal del hotel se encontraba en huelga, nunca limpiaron las habitaciones, el servicio muy limitado, el costo por las fechas fue el triple de lo habitual y se limitaron a una disculpa, sin ninguna compensación para los huéspedes
