住客評價分析
- Cleanliness4.0
Multiple reviews mention cockroaches, mold, strong humidity/urine smells in hallways and rooms — overall cleanliness is poor.
- Service6.5
Repeated reports of slow or inattentive check-in, rude staff attitude, billing/charge issues and long waits, though some basic service functions occurred.
- Location9.5
Several guests noted the hotel is easy to get to and in a gated community — location/access are strong positives.
- Room Quality7.5
Mixed: comfortable beds and working AC are positives, but issues like loose toilet seat, mold and pest reports lower room quality.
- Amenities6.5
Pool problems (closed, dirty/slimy), fitness room out of order, limited ice/vending — amenities exist but many were unusable or poorly maintained.
- Value for Money10.0
Multiple guests called the price reasonable and good value for basic rest; deposit and checkout policies are a drawback but overall perceived as good value.
- Food and Beverage6.0
Breakfast criticized (no meat, poor quality, rules about taking food), vending machines empty — food offering is subpar.
- Overall Experience6.8
Mixed overall: decent price, location and basic comforts (bed/AC) offset by cleanliness, pool/amenity issues and inconsistent/rude service.
