住客評價分析

• Cleanliness7.2

Mixed reports: several guests noted rooms were spacious and housekeeping 'ok' or resolved maintenance quickly, but one guest reported a very dirty shower floor and overall poor room cleanliness.

• Service9.2

Generally strong: multiple staff were called out by name as attentive and helpful (bellman, front desk, housekeeping, swim-up bar staff) though some guests noted unfriendly/blunt check-in and slower pool service.

• Location9.0

Very good — secure resort within walking distance to the marina, restaurants and convenience stores; location repeatedly praised for convenience.

• Room Quality7.5

Rooms are described as dated with older appliances (no oven, noisy dishwasher, older TVs), limited cookware, and small balcony hot tub; some units spacious (grand suite) but comfort is mixed.

• Amenities9.4

Strong amenities: nice pools, swim-up bar/restaurant, scheduled activities (Bingo), palapas/beach sitting area created on site, and accessibility features; overall pool area well-liked.

• Value for Money8.8

Mixed but acceptable: some guests find on-site prices high (market much more expensive than outside) and dining out can be pricey, yet many still felt the location and amenities made a return likely.

• Food and Beverage8.6

Moderately positive: pool/swim-up bar and main restaurant available (bar food, breakfast/dinner service noted), but options are limited and some guests dined off-site for variety.

• Overall Experience9.1

Generally positive overall: several guests described a great stay with memorable views and standout staff, though a minority reported very poor experiences (dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds).
