Pedimos 2 quesadillas y además que las tortillas no eran recientes, el queso ni siquiera venía fundido. Otro punto que no me gustó, fue que realicé mi reservación desde Booking y claramente decía que tenía derecho a un check out extendido. Cunado llegué al Hotel, pregunté por esta observación y en recepción me confirmaron que el check out extendido era hasta las 2:00 p.m. El día de mi salida, la encargada junta que otras 2 personas me fueron a tocar a la habitación antes de la 1:00; pidiendo desocupar la habitación. Pónganse de acuerdo en la información que comunican, ya que generan descontento con esas contradicciones.
