住客評價分析
- Cleanliness8.0
Generally praised as clean with daily housekeeping; however one guest reported dead flies and an unpleasant episode in a room, so overall slightly below top marks.
- Service9.0
Consistently highlighted as friendly, professional and helpful (explicit praise for staff and hotel manager), making service a clear strength.
- Location8.8
Multiple mentions of convenient position near downtown, metro and bus stops and easy access to sights; location is a strong positive.
- Room Quality8.3
Rooms described as comfortable with good beds and some spacious units; a few reports of basic rooms (one next to a technical room with heat/smell) reduce the score slightly.
- Amenities7.6
Has useful features like on-site garage and breakfast service, but guests noted shortcomings (no fridge in room, very small bathroom toiletries, missing drinking water in carafe, no slippers) which lower this rating.
- Value for Money6.8
Mixed feedback with at least one explicit complaint about disappointment relative to price paid; some guests accept basic offering for short stays but perceived value is weaker.
- Food and Beverage8.6
Breakfast repeatedly described positively (buffet, good options, satisfying for the hotel type), making F&B a clear positive element.
- Overall Experience8.5
Most guests report a pleasant stay and willingness to return or recommend; isolated negative experiences temper an otherwise good overall impression.

Clean, comfortable and nice room. Very good breakfast options
Teljesen rendben volt, tiszta, kényelmes. Semmi extra, de nem is kerestem extrát. A reggeli minden szempontból megfelelő volt. A Személyzet segítőkész és profi. Ajánlom!

Nincs ilyen. Nem luxust kerestem, hanem egy szállást egy estére.
